In this 10 week course, we will learn the Marriage of Heaven and Earth Qi Gong - a 3000 years old self-healing Qigong set that goes from Beginners to Advanced levels of Nei Gong (internal work) and energy cultivation.
This fairly simple set of 2 movements (the container) allows the practitioner to work on several internal threads related to the Wood element (the content), separately or at the same time.

TAI CHI & NEIGONG

In this 10 week course, we will learn the choreography of the Yang style Tai Chi form, and explore the Nei Gong that serves as the internal engine that powers its movements.
In order to truly bring alive your Tai Chi from the inside out, and to experience the yin yang duality in a tangible way within your physical and energetic bodies, we will learn internal Nei Gong threads associated to the Water (yin) and Wood (yang) elements.

The Nei Gong Saturday Clinics are 2 hour long workshops for limited groups of 6-8 participants so we can go deeper into this ancient material.
We drink tea, we have discussions about Daoist Internal Arts, and we train in a relaxed and friendly environment.

A 6 week online course learning how to feel your energy though Stillness practices and foundational Qigong movements. Classes are taught live via Zoom, with recordings available to revisit and deepen your practice.
