DRAGON AND TIGER MEDICAL QIGONG

Learn the theory and practice of Dragon and Tiger Medical QiGong online. This practice works on the Wei Qi (protective life energy) that runs through the acupuncture meridians under the skin, clearing energetic blockages and improving the immune system.

Dragon and Tiger QiGong has been practiced in China for the last 1500 years, and it is an ideal QiGong set for beginners to start the energy work journey.
