Tao Movement is all about balance and mastering body control. It’s all about enhancing your body’s natural functions by the acquisition of appropriate movement skills.
I teach boxing, yoga and qigong, wing-tsun kung fu, calisthenics and gymnastics in group classes or, if you are looking for faster results and personalised attention, I’m also available for private sessions and personal training. Through these disciplines my students develop an awareness of their body whilst improving strength, mobility and overall fitness level.
