MARTIAL ARTS & FIGHTING SKILLS

BOXING

Boxing classes are fast paced and intense. Always emphasising technical abilities in a fun and ego free environment, these classes will push you to the limit to get the best out of you. Wether you want to enjoy a non-contact recreational boxing session or are looking forward to test your fighting skills in controlled sparring, you will learn about the art of fighting whilst developing a lean body and a confident mind.

HUMAN MOVEMENT

YOGA

Emphasising the link between breath and movement, I design sequences that focus on anatomical precision, structural balance and mindfulness. Always respecting modern science of biomechanics, I blend dynamically traditional yoga asana with mobility and breath work.
My classes are non-dogmatic and down to Earth, creating a fun environment where to connect mind and body and increase body awareness.

BLOKMOVE

Using primal movement patterns, this class improves coordination, balance, mobility and strength.

Incorporating animal locomotion (crawls, jumps, hops, rolls), Animal Flow, gymnastics drills and arm balancing training, the aim is to master body control to ultimately gain freedom of movement and grace. A challenging yet very rewarding class.

CALISTHENICS

Emphasising anatomical precision, we work on foundational bodyweight strength and drills to achieve skills such as the Tuck Planche, Elbow Lever, Shoulderstand, L-Sit, Pull Ups, Muscle-Ups and more.

DRAGON AND TIGER MEDICAL QIGONG

A powerful QiGong set that balances all major meridians in the body and allows the practitioners to become sensitive to Qi.
